We knew from the moment we met DJ Jimmy that he would be a great match for us...tons of positive energy, creative ideas, and ready to go with the flow. We had a tropical theme to our wedding, and DJ Jimmy not only played our favorite reggae, but also mixed in a great blend of classic and unique music that everyone was dancing all night to. All ages were boogieing to disco, swinging to Motown, and shimmying to current pop songs. Lots of our friends and family complimented his taste. We highly recommend DJ Jimmy and greatly appreciate his ability to put together a flawless soundtrack to our most memorable day!

James did an amazing job DJing out wedding! He played all are favorite/must play songs and read the crowd perfectly to play a great a variety of music that kept everyone dancing through out fairly long reception! He was attentive to requests from the bride, groom and guests. He interacted well with the other vendors and the guests. We also got tons of compliments about the music and James! Thanks for a great night!! :)

WHAT UP DJ JIIIIMMMMMMY!!!!!
You are so awesome, so fun, you made our special day a blast. You keep the dance floor hopping. You played a variety of music and could really read the crowd. From 1 year olds to family members in their 80's you kept all their hips swinging. You had props like hula hoops,a robot head, & entertained the crowd with a wig & guitar on a table. Even if that's not for everyone, you knew OUR wild crowd would love it, so you did it. You're amazing and I'd highly recommend you to everyone. 5 out of 5 stars for you. The Rodie's are sending you much love!!!!

Booking Jimmy as the DJ was easily the best decision I made for the wedding (besides choosing the groom, of course).

We had a unique venue and a small wedding, and initially I was worried about the dance floor being empty because of this. Not the case! Jimmy played a great mix of songs that kept the dance floor packed all night. People kept coming up to me all night saying how much they loved the DJ. Everyone from my sorority sisters to my 80-year-old grandma had something to dance to! Jimmy is great and reading the crowd and choosing the right song to play at the right moment. Thank you, Jimmy, for making our wedding so memorable.

BEST NIGHT EVER!!! Thank you for the wonderful evening filled with great music and lots of laughter! We all had an amazing time celebrating together and singing at the tops of our lungs along to our favorite songs! James really listened to everything I requested and even played songs that weren't the norm! He really paid attention to the audience and whether or not they were enjoying a song or not and if not he changed it to make sure the dance floor stayed full! EVERYONE had an amazing time and really appreciated the wonderful job you did! THANK YOU!!!!! I would recommend James to anyone who wants to have an amazing time!

Where do I begin!? What an amazing time! You were accommodating to all of our request, flexible, polite and courteous. We had our bridal party all come into different songs that you didn't find out about until right before and you rolled with it seamlessly. You kept everyone on the dance floor and having a great time all night. Song selection was exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Would and have recommended to all my friends. I hope we get to work together again!

We knew that when we got engaged we wanted DJUj as our wedding dj! We've been to a few weddings where Jimmy has dj'd and he ALWAYS gets the crowd dancing. He plays any music you request and also has great suggestions! He honors requests that you may have and his prices can't be beat! He went above and beyond to make our reception fun and beautiful! He even surprised us and our guests with giant glow-sticks. We all LOVED it and it made for great pictures. Jimmy also provided uplighting for our reception tent. It made a world of a difference with the whole look of the room! Jimmy offers many different colors too. He was one of the best vendors we worked with. He met with us a month before our wedding to discuss specifics. He is prompt in his responses to emails we had with questions and more importantly he's easy and FUN to work with. Thank you, Jimmy for getting all our guests on the dance-floor! We all had a wonderful time! You're THE BEST!

Thank you for being so wonderful as the DJ for our wedding reception. In choosing a DJ we wanted someone who really understood that this was our wedding and was going to play what we wanted and what our guests wanted. There are many companies out there now with their own “Will not play” lists, we were not fond of this idea.
Not only did you play exactly what we asked, but also you were able to read our crowd and more than willing to take requests and kept the party going all night. We loved how you got the kids involved and kept them busy while their parents finished up dinner without having to worry about their child running all around.
We have heard nothing but great things from all of our guests, including my father who is the last person I expected to rave about a DJ.
The uplighting was amazing and we loved how you added it to the front of the headtable, that was a great surprise!
We really couldn't be happier with our decision to have you as our DJ!
